Principles of Manual Handling

This 2 hour course is recommended for anybody whose daily work activities include pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, moving and intentionally dropping loads.
 
After successful completion a candidate will receive a nationally recognised certificate in Principles of Manual Handling which is valid for three years.
